The short version. Use the Platform for your organisation's planning and oversight, keep your account to yourself, represent the analysis honestly, never try to identify individuals from the data, never upload patient data, and be professional in the Peer Exchange.
1. Accounts and access
- Accounts are personal and require a work email address. Do not share credentials or give access to anyone outside the licensed organisation(s).
- Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
2. Using the intelligence honestly
- Do not present the Platform's indicative scores, segments, or RAG positions as official NHS England oversight determinations. They are Nemora's analytical estimates. Official published figures shown on the Platform are labelled as such.
- Do not use the Service for clinical assessment or decisions about individual patients. It is a planning and decision-support tool.
- When sharing Outputs externally (for example with regulators or system partners), keep the attribution and "indicative" labelling intact.
3. Protecting the data
- Do not attempt to re-identify any individual from aggregate statistics, or combine Platform data with other data for that purpose.
- Never upload patient-level or person-identifiable data. Organisation uploads must contain aggregate figures only.
- Do not bulk-scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Platform content, or resell or republish the Platform or its Outputs commercially without a written agreement.
- Board packs and other Outputs are for use within the licensed organisation(s) and for legitimate oversight purposes.
4. Peer Exchange conduct
- Be professional and courteous. No harassment, discrimination, or abuse.
- Never share patient-identifiable information in profiles or messages.
- Respect consent: do not attempt to identify members who have not chosen to connect with you, and do not share another member's identity or contact details without their consent.
- No commercial solicitation, recruitment, or canvassing without the other member's clear invitation.
- Represent yourself accurately: your real name, role, and organisation.
5. Security
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written permission; see our Security page for responsible disclosure.
- Do not introduce malware, interfere with the Service, or attempt to access other customers' data.
- Do not reverse-engineer the Platform except to the limited extent permitted by law.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend Peer Exchange access, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy: immediately where security or member safety is at risk, otherwise with notice. Serious breaches may be a material breach of the Terms of Service.
7. Reporting
Report abuse or concerns to info@nemorahealthcaresolutions.com.
